Organisations everywhere are moving quickly on AI, and expectations are rising just as fast. Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since February 2025, and as amended in July 2026 it asks organisations that provide or deploy AI systems to take appropriate measures supporting the development of AI literacy among their staff and anyone operating AI on their behalf. Training is precisely that measure, and boards, clients and regulators increasingly treat it as a baseline.
