The Academy teaches AI safety at three depths: a practical course for everyone who uses these tools, a certification for the people accountable for governing them, and a two-day Founders Circle in DIFC for those who want to put that accountability to the test in the room. The first two are online and self-paced. The Founders Circle is live, in person and limited to twenty places.

"Building trust in AI isn't a trend… it's your licence to scale."
— Emma Johnson
The two online courses answer different questions. You Are the Brakes builds the everyday judgement of every person who opens an AI tool, and works best rolled out widely. The AI Trust Certification builds the governance capability of the organisation as a whole, and works best concentrated in the people accountable for it.
A common pattern: certify a small governance team, then put everyone else through the Brakes course, so the standards set at the top are understood at every desk.
The Founders Circle sits alongside both. It is two days in DIFC for the person who carries accountability for AI, working a live use case through the framework with peers and subject matter experts, and defending it before a panel. Read about the October cohort and apply.
Certification with enterprise support behind it: five people certified, a monthly on-site review day, weekly team coaching, a senior leadership briefing, and an optional podcast episode marking the implementation. You finish with an AI safety framework your own people built and own.
