Option 2 is the Academy's next-level offer, for organisations serious about protecting their reputational, financial and legal risk. It combines everything in the online certification with enterprise support: we certify key people inside your organisation and coach them, on site and week by week, until AI safety is something your organisation does — with its own people, in its own context.

The structure

What the three months look like

Five people certified. Five members of your organisation complete the Academy's certification in AI safety and governance, built on proven frameworks.

One on-site review day per month. Each month includes a full day on site, reviewing progress against the framework in your organisation's real environment.

Weekly one-hour team coaching call. The team receives a dedicated one-hour coaching call each week, keeping the learning applied and the momentum steady.

One senior leadership briefing. A briefing brings your senior leadership into the picture — what has been built, what it means, and what decisions sit with them.

An optional closing podcast episode. If you're open to it, the engagement can close with an AI Trust Talks episode marking the implementation — your organisation's responsible AI story, told publicly and well. Entirely your call; the framework and certification stand on their own either way.
